I have owned my home for 25 years and have tried and more than a handful of professional carpet cleaners over the years. I stayed true to one or 2, but haven't been impressed for awhile. I heard about TNT Carpet Services through our neighborhood network. Troy confirmed our appointment and arrived ready and willing to work on my carpeted areas and our tile. He committed the majority of his entire day paying attention to detail and explaining his work. Before leaving, he made sure I was completely satisfied. Troy's demeanor was professional yet personable. I absolutely will be asking for his services next time.

We had had our apartment's old dingy brown wall to wall carpet cleaned a year ago by another firm and were never satisfied. Troy discussed the job with us & offered a fair price. Both we and Troy felt that this carpet would need replacing before the apartment is rented again, but we were tired of looking at the dirt. He arrived promptly at the agreed date and time. I used to clean carpets professionally and had never seen the type of machine Troy uses, which is way beyond the usual steam wand/vacuum. When he was done it looked noticeably better. After a day or two we saw that the living room was still not as clean as places in the apartment that don't get much traffic. But he came back and re-cleaned the living room and spent extra time going over it. WOW! It really looks clean now and we are completely satisfied. Great job, great service.
